In support of our well earned reputation for quality, Jakaar maintains a fully certified ISO 9001 Quality System, which ensures that quality procedures are established, reviewed and developed to the highest levels that are required to achieve consistent standard of outcome that gains total customer satisfaction.

The ISO Quality principles are at the forefront of our design and manufacturing processes.

Quality Assurance is based on two main principles:

·        What is manufactured is “fit for purpose”, and that the product or service is suitable for its intended use;

·        Steps in the Manufacturing process are done “right first time” and mistakes are minimised or eliminated.

The Total Quality Management philosophy implemented at Jakaar is a culture where every person involved in the end to end manufacturing process of the business, takes responsibility for the task they perform.

Every person,be it Management, technical staff, production personnel, Sub-contractors and key suppliers, are aware of customer requirements and do their best to ensure that all expectations are met. Staff participation is encouraged to develop and maintain an environment for on going quality improvement.

Jakaar’s quality system is designed to provide an assurance to our customers that they can rely on Jakaar to provide the product required, this is supported with documentation, from design to delivery.
