Deliveries are always on time and in full. This is very important to our business as our work is seasonal and production targets can change. Jakaar has always been willing to assist us at short notice. Their sales staff are very understanding of our forecasting/ordering system and are always willing to help.
In our Australian operation, we use Global Honda Quality Standards (GHQS). These standards ensure that all our plants in the world have the same systems in place. These standards cover supplier selection and performances. Supplier’s track records and systems are audited bi-yearly. Jakaar have always performed well in these audits and are currently in HMA’s top five suppliers.
Jakaar recently assisted our Engineering Department in the development of our new lawn mower range. Their input in the design of new parts was invaluable, as their knowledge of plastic injection moulding and tooling is excellent.
